Dinner service begins at 5:00pm Monday-Saturday and 4:00pm on Sundays.
Our receptionist is available from 12:00 noon daily if you would like to make reservations or purchase gift cards.
Our tavern opens at 4:00pm Monday-Saturday and at 3:00pm on Sundays. We offer Happy Hour in our tavern Monday-Friday from 4:30pm-7:00pm.
Yes, our corkage fee is $35.00 per 750ml bottle or $70.00 per 1.5L bottle with a maximum of two (2) 750ml bottles or one (1) 1.5L bottle per reservation.
We offer both Self and Valet parking. Valet parking is complimentary with an optional gratuity.
Yes. There is a $3.50 dessert fee per guest for bringing in any outside dessert. Desserts may not be brought in prior to the day of the reservation.
The largest size reservation we can accommodate in the restaurant is twelve (12) guests (children included). We also cannot guarantee that separate reservations will be seated next to each other if requested. For parties over twelve guests, you will need to contact our private parties’ team at 714-671-3076 or by email at parties@summithouse.com.
Yes. We are a family friendly restaurant and welcome children of all ages. You may view our children’s menu at www.summithouse.com/menus. All computers, IPAD’s, or cell phones must be set to silent, or headphones must be used while dining at the restaurant.
Yes. Flowers may be brought in or delivered directly to the restaurant the day of the reservation. We do not allow any confetti or glitter to be used on the tables. Balloons must be minimal and not block the view of other guests.
Our recommended dress code is business casual.
Only service animals are allowed in the restaurant. The service animal is not allowed on the chairs or booths. Service animals may not be fed in our dining rooms.
